What is LuviDuo?

A free app for couples, near or far: lock screen and home screen widgets, games for two, Photo Moments, shared tasks, and Luvi, a little creature you hatch and raise together.

Is LuviDuo free?

Yes. LuviDuo is free to download and use, with ads. The widgets, the games and the pet are all in the free app.

What does LuviDuo Premium add?

Premium covers both partners. It keeps all your shared memories, removes the ads shown before sending moments and before games (optional bonus ads stay), and adds monthly Sparks and faster wheel energy. It is a monthly or yearly subscription, and there is also a one-time Lifetime option.

Does my partner need to pay too?

No. One Premium covers both partners, and the free version works for both of you without paying.

Do we both need the app?

Yes. LuviDuo is made for two. You both install it and connect with a couple code.

Does it work between iPhone and Android?

Yes. One of you can be on iPhone and the other on Android.

Does LuviDuo track my location?

Only if you choose to share your distance. Only your partner sees it, and you can turn it off at any time.

Is there adult content?

No. Truth or Dare has Soft and Fun packs with no adult content.

How old do you need to be?

You need to be at least 13, or older if the law where you live sets a higher minimum age.

What are Sparks?

The in-app currency you spend on furniture for Luvi's house. You earn them from challenges, the Spark Wheel and chests, and they are also sold in packs.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. You can also email [email protected]. The full steps are at luviduo.com/data-deletion.
