Terms of Use

1. Using LuviDuo

LuviDuo is designed for consensual couple use only. You may use the app only if you can legally agree to these Terms and comply with all applicable laws, platform rules and app store terms.

2. Consent and safety

• Do not use LuviDuo to stalk, harass, threaten, monitor, coerce or pressure another person.
• Do not create or maintain a partner link without the other person's informed and voluntary consent.
• Do not upload, request or share illegal, abusive, exploitative, hateful, non-consensual or private content without permission.
• Do not use location, widgets, reminders, live presence or notifications to control, intimidate or track another person without consent.

3. User-generated content

You are responsible for content you create, upload, draw, send, answer or share in LuviDuo, including names, avatars, doodles, live-presence images, photos, tasks, notes, game answers and Truth or Dare content. You confirm that you have the rights and consent needed to share that content.

4. Adult or Wild content

Wild/adult content, adult-oriented Truth or Dare packs and similar content are only for users who are 18 or older. You must not expose minors to adult content or use LuviDuo to create or distribute illegal sexual content, non-consensual intimate content or child sexual abuse material.

5. Ads, rewards and purchases

LuviDuo may include ads, rewarded ads, virtual rewards, cosmetics, subscriptions or one-time purchases. Rewards and cosmetics may be digital only and may not have cash value. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play Billing, the App Store or another enabled platform. Platform refund and cancellation rules may apply.

6. Subscriptions

If subscriptions are enabled, they renew automatically unless cancelled through the platform where they were purchased. Deleting a LuviDuo account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through Google Play or the App Store separately.

7. Account deletion

You may request account deletion in the app through Settings > Account > Delete account or through the public Data Deletion page. Account deletion is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

8. Availability and changes

LuviDuo may change, pause, limit or discontinue features, including beta, pre-launch, AI, matching, progression, rewards, ads, purchases, location, widgets and third-party integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or permanent availability of any feature, reward, cosmetic or third-party data source.

9. Third-party services

LuviDuo may rely on services such as Supabase, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google AdMob, Sentry, Google Play Billing, App Store purchases, maps/geocoding/place services and TMDB/movie metadata. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

10. Enforcement

We may restrict, suspend or delete accounts, content, couple links, rewards or access if we believe these Terms are violated, the app is abused, user safety is at risk, fraud is suspected or legal/platform compliance requires it.
